Shipping policy

Shipping Policy At Vibrant Apparel New Zealand, we work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed within 1 – 5 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays, and processing times may be a little longer during sales or busy periods.

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

● USA: 4 - 7 business days

● Canada: 5 - 8 business days

● International: 7 – 21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can sometimes occur due to courier issues, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
