At Vibrant Apparel NZ, all our products are made to order by our print-on-demand partners. This means your item is created especially for you — so please allow a little extra time for production before shipping begins.
Production Time
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before being dispatched.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)
For Printful products:
- 🇺🇸 USA: 3–4 business days
- 🇪🇺 Europe: 6–8 business days
- 🇦🇺 Australia: 2–14 business days
- 🇯🇵 Japan: 4–8 business days
- 🌍 Rest of World: 10–20 business days
For other products (shipped from China):
- 🇳🇿 New Zealand & 🇦🇺 Australia: 10–20 business days
- 🌍 Rest of World: 10–25 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your parcel's journey to your door.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Delayed Orders

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
This depends on the carrier. We recommend using a physical address where possible.
Why is my order coming in separate parcels?
If you ordered from multiple suppliers, items may arrive separately.
